Test pieces
Certified test pieces in ferrous, non-ferrous and stainless steel, in the sizes your HACCP plan specifies. Marked and traceable, as the standards require. Test stick kits are available for tunnel systems, and test ports can be specified on pipeline units so pieces go directly into the product stream.
Worn or unmarked test pieces are a classic audit finding. The sphere diameter and material have to be documented, and the piece has to be identifiable. Replacing them costs very little. Arguing about them with an auditor does not.
Test stick kits
You can also buy a complete test stick kit: a foam-lined case holding a full range of certified sticks, colour-coded by material — ferrous, stainless 304 and non-ferrous — in graduated diameters, with the certificates supplied on a USB stick in the lid.
It is the format most plants settle on for the routine test, for two reasons. Everything for every product programme is in one box rather than in three drawers, and each stick is marked with its own certificate number, so the entry in the test log points at a specific, traceable piece.
Just call or write — it is faster than a form
We do not run a webshop for test pieces, because the right answer depends on your detector, your critical limits and the standard you are audited against. A two-minute conversation gets it right first time.
