Spare parts
We build the detectors, so we build the parts. That applies to machines that have been running for decades — availability does not depend on a foreign supplier's decision to discontinue a model.
Have the model number? It is normally on the rating plate on the detector head. If you cannot find it, photograph the plate and send it with your enquiry — we will identify the part.
Test pieces and test sticks
Certified test pieces in ferrous, non-ferrous and stainless steel in the sizes your HACCP plan specifies. Marked and traceable, as the standards require.
Worn or unmarked test spheres are a classic audit finding. Replacing them is cheap. See test pieces →
Wear and replacement parts
Belts, rollers, seals, reject components, sensors, control panels and electronics — including for older Detectronic models.
If you just need the machine running again today, call. We can often ship the same day.
Service exchange. On selected components we offer exchange rather than repair: you get a refurbished unit immediately and return the faulty one. It keeps downtime down. Ask for it when you call.
Considering an upgrade instead?
On an older machine where several things wear out at once, upgrading can cost less than continuing to repair. A new detector head in the existing conveyor, a new reject mechanism or a new control panel often delivers most of the benefit of a new machine at a fraction of the price.
