Both detector platforms are produced in more than a hundred shapes and sizes, and every model can be fitted to the needs of the application. If the line needs something that does not exist yet, we draw it.

- Aperture and pipe dimensions outside the standard range
- Frame geometry — height, footprint, reject direction, access for cleaning
- Temperature — Teflon piston and product tube for applications above 100 °C
- Couplings and connections for existing process equipment, including all known fillers and clippers
- Integration — electrical connectors to fillers and baggers, signal outputs, Ethernet log access, remote control
- Materials and finish where the environment or the customer specification demands it
- OEM builds for machine builders, supplied with interface drawings and electrical specifications
Our unique Service Exchange Concept keeps the line running. If an electrical fault occurs, the complete control unit can be swapped in under three minutes. You get a replacement unit immediately and return the faulty one to us for analysis and repair — so you are not waiting on a repair before you can restart.
