Manuals are issued per machine, because the correct revision depends on the configuration and year of manufacture. To make sure you get the right one, we need the serial number from the machine.
You will find it on the rating plate on the detector head. It looks like this:
XXX-XXX-XXXX-X
If the plate is unreadable, photograph it and email the picture instead — we can normally identify the machine from that.
Manuals are available in multiple languages. Tell us which language you need.
Other documentation
Every machine leaves us with a documentation pack. If you need a replacement copy, or a document for an audit or a customer, ask here — again with the serial number.
