Belt height is what makes an installation run cleanly
Because we fabricate the frames ourselves, dimensions are an engineering decision rather than a catalogue constraint. Belt height, width, length before and after the inspection point, transfer geometry and belt type are all set by your line.
This matters more than it sounds. A conveyor that does not match the belt height of the equipment either side creates a transfer point where product tips, jams or gets damaged — and every jam is a stop.
Merging lanes raises the detection level
A converger separates product coming from, for example, a thermoformer and merges it into a single lane. That has a direct detection benefit: inspecting one product at a time gives a better achievable sensitivity than inspecting three side by side in a wide aperture.
If you run a multi-lane thermoformer and are unhappy with your current detection level, this is often the cheapest available improvement — it changes the geometry rather than the detector.
