How long we keep it
We keep personal data only for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for. Enquiries that do not lead to a commercial relationship are deleted once they are no longer relevant. Where a record forms part of our accounts, it is retained for the period required by the Danish Bookkeeping Act. If you would like to know what we hold about you, or would like it deleted, write to us at the address above and we will tell you what applies to your case.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with processors who help us operate the business — for example our website host, email provider and CRM — and only under a data processing agreement. A current list of the processors we use is available on request.
Your rights
- Access — a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Rectification — correction of inaccurate data
- Erasure — deletion, where we have no continuing legal ground to keep it
- Restriction and objection — including objecting to processing based on legitimate interest
- Data portability — where processing is based on consent or contract
- Withdraw consent — at any time, without affecting processing already carried out
To exercise any of these, contact us using the details above. You also have the right to complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet), Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby, Denmark — datatilsynet.dk.
