We service the machines we built and the machines we did not. The technician comes from our own plant, the parts come from our own stock, and the documentation comes with the visit.
Call +45 96 66 30 60. You reach our service department directly, not a switchboard. We build the machines ourselves, so parts are usually in stock and the technician knows what to look for before setting off.
Different make of detector? Call anyway. We service other manufacturers' equipment too.

Our service organisation is based in Denmark, and we work internationally through our own engineers and a distributor network built up over four decades. Detectronic operates in more than 100 countries and has group companies in India, China and Thailand.
In Denmark we cover the whole country from Støvring, including Funen, the Triangle Region and Southern Jutland where a large share of Danish food production sits. Outside Denmark, service is delivered either directly or through the distributor for your market — tell us where you are and we will tell you which applies.
Planning service in one region? We combine visits in the same area on the same day where we can. It keeps travel cost down for you and makes it easier to get a slot that fits your production schedule.
Send us your product — we will measure what can be detected
You receive a written test report with equipment description, test conditions, false reject rate and probability of detection. Normally within a week. It costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
